TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
By signing up for classes, memberships, or services at The Lagree Collective ("TLC"), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and staff. TLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel class at least 12 HOURS prior to the class start time to avoid penalties. Cancellations made after this window or failure to attend will result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • Late cancellation fee or No-show fee (if applicable to membership type)

How to Cancel:

  • Cancellations must be made via the mobile app or website through your online account.

  • Cancellations via text, call, or email will NOT be accepted.

LATE CANCEL & NO-SHOW POLICY

Definitions:

  • Late Cancellation: Cancelling a class less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No-Show: Failure to cancel AND failure to attend the reserved class.

Penalties:

  • Late Cancellation: Loss of credit + $15 fee

  • No Show: Loss of credit + $25 fee

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

First-Time Clients:

  • If it is your first class at TLC (regardless of prior Lagree experience), you must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled class. Example: if your class starts at 9am, you must be at the studio by 850am. This is for your safety and to ensure the front desk and instructor have ample time to prepare you for your first class.

  • Failure to do so will result in a late cancel penalty and inability to take class.

Returning Clients:

  • You have a 5-minute grace period after class start time. Example: if your class starts at 9am, you have until 905am to enter class. This is not only for your safety, but it also minimizes distractions and respects your instructor and fellow clients.

  • After 5 minutes, doors will lock and you will not be permitted to enter.

  • Late arrivals beyond the grace period will result in a late cancel penalty.

GRIP SOCKS POLICY

  • Grip socks are mandatory for all classes—no exceptions. They ensure your safety while using the machines and help maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

  • If you do not have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Failure to comply will result in a no-show penalty, as class attendance will not be permitted without them.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • If a spot opens 12+ hours before class, you will be automatically added and notified.

  • If a spot opens within 12 hours, you must manually add yourself.

  • If you can no longer attend, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid auto-enrollment and penalties.

  • If you are auto-added and fail to cancel or attend, late cancel/no-show fees apply.

GUEST & CHILD POLICY

  • To maintain a focused and distraction-free environment, the lobby is for active clients only. Unattended guests, family members, or children are not permitted to remain inside the lobby or studio during class.

  • If a guest or child must accompany you, they must remain outside of the business location.

  • TLC is not responsible for their supervision or safety.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

  • Minimum age: 16 years old

  • Clients under 18 require a parent/legal guardian to read and sign the Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver, and Privacy Policy before participating.

PHONE POLICY

  • Phone use is strictly prohibited while on the Megaformer to maintain a focused and distraction free environment.

  • If you must take a call or text, step outside into the lobby to avoid disrupting class and to maintain the respect of your instructor and fellow clients.

CLASS ATTENDANCE POLICY

  • You must remain in class for at least 30 minutes to avoid a no-show penalty.

  • Example: If class starts at 9:00 AM and you need to leave early, you must stay until 9:30 AM to avoid a fee.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

  • Clients who have purchased a recurring membership through the website or app may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to classes will continue until the cycle concludes.

  • Clients who purchased a recurring membership in-studio must submit a cancellation request via email to info@thelagreecollective.com.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Clients must keep an active payment method on file.

  • Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended and/or sent to collection until payment is made.

  • Class prices, memberships, and fees are subject to change without notice.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on:

    • Classes, packages, memberships, food, beverage, or merchandise.

    • Private sessions.

  • Membership and class package freezes, transfers or rollovers are not permitted.

ACCOUNT SHARING & DUPLICATE PROFILES

  • Creating multiple accounts or sharing memberships/class credits is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may result in membership termination and revocation of class privileges.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

  • TLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property within the studio, lobby, or surrounding areas, including parking spaces.

  • Contact info@thelagreecollective.com if you believe you left something behind.

INSTRUCTOR POLICY

  • The instructor for your scheduled class may change without notice.

  • Regardless of instructor, your class reservation remains valid.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

  • TLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • TLC has a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior towards staff or clients.

  • Violations of policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
