THE LOWDOWN (FAQs)
-
WHAT IS THE LAGREE METHOD?
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on the patented Megaformer machine (MegaPro). It combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance and flexibility in a single workout. The workout features spring based tension and slow-paced movement to maximize the amount of work your muscles do in a limited amount of time.
-
IS LAGREE THE SAME AS PILATES?
No! Lagree and Pilates are completely different methods on completely different machines. Lagree is performed on the Megaformer with the focus on strength training and endurance (high intensity). Pilates is performed on the reformer with the focus on recovery and rehabilitation (low intensity). Both are great workouts, but both are very different!
